  • Tech Help

  • Academic Advising

    Check in with your advisor on anything academic-related. They'll help you work through challenges and plan for a successful year. They can also refer to additional resources. Find your advisor and schedule an appointment in My.IllinoisState.edu.

  • Tutoring

    Get free tutoring on many subjects with the Julia N. Visor Center. They can also help you develop the skills you need to be successful in your courses.

  • Student Life

    Activities look a little different these days, but we still want you to be involved. Stay connected and see what's happening on campus with Redbird Life.

  • Wellness

    We're committed to your well-being. Redbirds Keep Thriving gives you resources to help you stay fit and healthy, both physically and mentally.

  • Library

    Milner Library continues to offer books, research assistance, and other services.

What You Need to Keep Learning

Make sure you have everything in place so you can fully participate in your online classes. Top Tech Tips for Student Learning and Attending Online Classes

  • ISU Password

    You'll have to sign in with your Illinois State ID and password to access resources and services frequently.

    You can manage your account to retrieve a forgotten password or update it.

  • Device with Internet Access

    You can access most online learning resources with any device that has an internet browser (such as Chrome, Firefox, etc.).

    We recommend using a laptop or desktop for the best experience and to ensure you can access all the resources you need.

  • Stable Internet

    Be sure to connect to secure WiFi networks when working online. Secure networks typically require a password.
